How do I know if
I have big or small EPROMs?
There are several
ways to know what kind of EPROM you have.
- Dynamic Fluid
started using big EPROMs on 1998 so if your computer was adquired before 1998
your flow computer uses small EPROMs.
- If you know
where are the EPROMs located you can verify the EPROM type. Big EPROMs have
a 27C2001 reference number while small EPROMs have a 27C1001 reference number.
This number is located on top of the chip below the UV window (see picture).

- Also, if your
flow computer was adquired after 1998 or it was adquired before but you think
the hardware has been updated you can provide us with the flow computer serial
number and we will be able to tell you the size of the EPROMs.
