How to Update a Dynacom Application.

Step 1 If you want to backup the historical data stored in the database with the current Dynacom version go to the Step 2 if you do not care about this data go to step 3.
Step 2 Make a copy of the database file located in:
c:\program files\dynamic fluid\your_application\your_application".mdb

For example, if you have a MicroMS4 application you will make a copy of the file MicroMS4.mdb located in c:\program files\dynamic fluid\MicroMS4. Note that this is the default location for dynacom files and it assumes that it was not changed in the setup process.

Now that you have a back up of the data you can proceed with the update.
Step 3 Remove the current Dynacom Application from you computer. Go to Windows' Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs, look for the application you want to remove, select it and press the Remove button. This selection will remove all Dynacom's program files and shorcuts from you computer.
Step 4 Now let's install the updated Dynacom application by running the file that you can download from our website (www.dynamicflowcomputers.com) or place your Dynacom Setup CD in your CD unit. If you Setup CD does not start automatically when you insert it, run the start.exe file from your CD. Follow the screen intructions to complete your update.
